keep thy Sabbath

i was walking around this morning with my kids. a Saturday morning in Israel. all shops are closed due to the Sabbath, almost no cars out, the sun is out and it honestly feels peaceful.

peaceful. what a wonderful state of being.

and i think to myself: be it for the sole reason of having a saturday, i am grateful that there is a god. i am sure that capitalism would have me working on this fine and pleasant day.

what it is....

i dedicate this log to my wife. i love her for her courage to constantly change. like no other, her mere presence encourages me to evolve.
